Since last 24 years we have captured member information in excel, notepad or simply on paper. We did not have any systematic informtion capturing tool and preservation process of that information.
As a result while we are approaching our milestone of 25th years, we even do not know who all were members of this great community organization of Greater Dallas since 1999. We lost touch and track of our beloved members from past.
This initiative will help us to organize member's non-confidential data in systematic way. We hope that will be usefull for our future.
We have few dreams and ideas on how we like to use this tool to make our bonding stronger, but that is long way to go. At beginging we will start with membership renewal and new member registration process. We will build other features over the time.
